Travels Vellery | Terms and Conditions
Booking and Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of ₹ 1000 is required at the time of booking.
- Full payment must be made no later than 3 days prior to the tour start date.
- Payments can be made via online Payments.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations made 2 days before the tour will incur a 45% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 3 days before the tour.
- Travels Vellery reserves the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, with full refunds provided.
Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is highly recommended for all participants.
- Travels Vellery is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage during the tour.
Tour Changes and Flexibility
- Itineraries are subject to change due to weather, local conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
- We will make every effort to adhere to the planned itinerary and will notify participants of any significant changes.
Liability
- Travels Vellery is not liable for any delays, accidents, losses, or expenses due to any unforeseen events.
- Participants agree to adhere to all safety instructions and guidelines provided by tour leaders.
Health and Fitness Requirements
- Participants must ensure they are in good health and fit to undertake the tour.
- Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
Conduct and Behavior
- Participants are expected to behave responsibly and respect local customs and fellow travelers.
- Travels Vellery reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
Complaints
- Any complaints should be reported to the tour leader as soon as possible for resolution.
- If a satisfactory resolution cannot be achieved on-site, complaints should be submitted in writing within 3 days after the tour's completion.
Photography and Marketing
- Travels Vellery may use photographs and videos taken during tours for marketing purposes.
- Participants who do not wish to be photographed or filmed must inform us in wriwriting within 3 daysting before the tour begins.
Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Delhi NCR.
- Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi NCR courts.
